WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
After an order is placed, we will take 1-2 working day/s to process the order and another 1-3 working day/s to deliver to you.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
In normal circumstances, we will personally hand deliver your order to you. We will contact you by the number provided via WhatsApp. If we send your order via postage, we will email you the tracking number after they are posted out.
CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Yes. However we only allow change of address 2 hours after your order has been placed.
CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE, COLORWAY, OR MODEL OF MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any adjustments to size, color, or model.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately not. All sales are final. We do not accept order cancellation requests as our fulfillment process begins once an order is placed.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We accept exchange if the condition of the item remains the same as it was. also provided that the item you wished to exchange for is still available. Any cost of shipping back the item will be liable to you. The shipment may or may not comes with tracking information. However in the even of lost parcel, Snooze Store will not hold any responsiblilty.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We do not accept refunds once order has been completed. In the event where the item condition is not as described, a full refund will be issued back to your original form of payment. Processed refunds may take up to 10 business days.All our items are brand new unless otherwise stated. Our item will be deemed as brand new despite of the following:
