SHIPPING & DELIVERY
WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY SELF PICK-UP ORDER?
Orders are usually ready within 1–2 working days. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Please collect during store operating hours.
If you don't see pick-up or same day delivery at checkout, it means that so
me items are stored in our warehouse and are only available for courier delivery. If you need an item urgently, feel free to email us and we’ll do our best to assist.

YES WE DO! No matter where you are, we will deliver it!
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE
Singapore
- Standard Delivery: FREE for orders above S$50, or S$3.50 for orders below S$50
- Same Day Delivery (order before 5pm): S$15 (delivered before 10pm)
International
- Standard Delivery (4–10 working days)
- Shipping fees vary based on destination and parcel weight
- Customs duties and taxes (if any) are borne by the recipient

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
- Processing: 1–2 working days
- Singapore delivery: 1–3 working days
- Same Day Delivery: 2pm–9pm if ordered before 1pm (cut-off at 5pm)
- International delivery: 4–11 working days

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking link will be sent via email or contact number once your order is dispatched.
Tracking numbers starting with “SM” may only be active after 24 hours.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Do you accept exchanges?
- One-time exchange within 7 days of receiving the item
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Return courier fee: S$8
- No exchanges for sale items, discounted orders, or overseas orders
Alternatively, exchanges can be done in-store.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are not accepted once an order is completed.
For defective items, please email us with photos and your order number. If approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Can I make changes to my order (address, size, colorway, or model)?
Yes. Changes to the delivery address, size, colorway, or model are allowed within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to request the amendment.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, a 5% cancellation fee applies to cover payment processing charges.
